As our products are printed on demand using third-party fulfilment partners (including Printify), returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions, in line with Printify and Etsy standard terms:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
